Poetry Project 2022

Are you looking for a poetry project to use within your schools?  

Following our successful event with Cheshire Academies Trust and Storyhouse, we are pleased to offer you the opportunity to run your own project.  

What we can offer:

 – An engaging and thought-provoking poetry unit for Y5 pupils linked to the theme of Refugees

 – Flexibility to adapt the unit to suit other year groups 

– Training for staff to develop understanding of progression in poetry skills and performance poetry (accessed remotely at: https://the-literacy-company-online.thinkific.com/courses/poetry-project-2022 )  

Pupils will work through the unit to produce their own recipe poem around the theme of new beginnings.
